Let your imagination run wild in the snowy landscapes of Koli! In this guided snow sculpting session, we explore a traditional Finnish winter activity, drawing inspiration from the stories of Koli’s plants, animals, and mythical creatures. In small groups, we create fun snow sculptures based on these themes. Koli is not only home to great sages and wizards, but also to many forest beings such as gnomes, trolls, and earth spirits. Its forests are also home to a variety of quirky and uniquely named plants and animals rarely found elsewhere.
For the session, we prepare ready-made snow blocks for the group, so you can begin sculpting right after the initial introduction. A variety of tools suitable for snow sculpting will be available.
