Koli’s calming hiking experience takes you into the forest, where time slows down and nature embraces you gently. We proceed at a relaxed pace, pausing to sense the surroundings and practice guided visualization, stretching, and forest yoga. Quiet breathing moments deepen relaxation, while the scenery unfolds like a story along the trail. The wellbeing effects of nature are well-researched: even a short time in the forest reduces stress and longer stays strengthen immunity and improve mood.
